We’ve put together a page with some very useful answers to some general questions we’ve been asked.
SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated on area!
Just fill in the shipping details on your checkout page and it will calculate the shipping charge. Most of Gauteng from R89.95, and most other major cities from R110 except Cape Town from R139,95. The guys at Fastway Couriers or Postnet will ensure that you receive your CrateworX gift. Typically your gift will arrive within 48 hours if you are in a major center.
PAYMENT
There are 2 x payment options available: Direct Bank transfer (EFT) and Payfast.
If you are paying by Direct Bank transfer (EFT), our banking details will be e-mailed to you and please send us the payment confirmation. This will enable us to dispatch your order as soon as you order.
If you are using PayFast, confirmation of payment is not necessary.
DELIVERY
- Please ensure that you provide an address that you will be at between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Your gift will be delivered to you by Fastway or Postnet, our third party courier partners.
- Orders received before 12:00 will be collected from us by Fastway on the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will be able to track your order via the Fastway website http://www.fastway.co.za/
- Fastway defines an outlying area as being more than 50KM from their main centers.
- If your address is outside the listed main centers, CrateworX may determine to send your crate via Postnet. Your gift will then be delivered to your local Postnet. Delivery, in this case, will be R99.95 for the first item.
- As we use a third party partner to deliver your crate we can’t be responsible for delays in delivery. Please visit the Fastway website for their delivery terms and conditions.

Can you do rush orders?
Absolutely!
Our policy is to treat every order like we’re about to win a gold medal, even if it will only be a chocolate one.
If you have special handling instructions, questions about the shipping policies above, or a really good story why you need something on a different timetable we’re always happy to take your call and let you know what we can do.
I have a great idea for a Crate!
We don’t do live spiders! Just to let you know. Every guy has his limit, so don’t ask. However if you have a cool idea or you would like us to put together a special crate, let us know and we will hammer it together and send you a personal quote.
Purchase an empty crate and stock it yourself. We will send you all tools necessary to do your own CrateworX crate.

What is a Duct Tape Wrap?
CrateworX doesn’t have any wrapping paper in our garage, sorry… but we do have tons of duct tape. If you’re dead-set on sending a gift that is “wrapped” and properly difficult to get into, providing minutes of extra stress the diabolical duct tape will be more than satisfactory.
